These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Flash Alerts 2
mobile application for Android (the "App"), provided by MegaWave (the
"Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use
the App and uninstall it from your device.
1. The App
The App flashes your device's camera LED (flash) to visually
notify you of incoming calls, SMS messages, and notifications from apps
you select. The App is provided free of charge and is supported by
advertising. The App does not require you to create an account.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of Google Play, through which the App is distributed.
3. Permissions and Device Settings
To work properly, the App requires certain permissions, such as Notification Access, phone state, and camera. You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings. If a permission is not granted, some or all features of the App may not work.
The App's behavior may depend on your device's manufacturer, operating system version, hardware, and settings (for example, battery optimization, power-saving mode, Do Not Disturb, or the camera being used by another app). We cannot guarantee that the App will work on every device or under every setting.

4. Health and Safety Notice
Photosensitivity warning: The App produces flashing and blinking light. A very small percentage of people may experience seizures or other symptoms when exposed to flashing lights. If you or anyone near you has a history of epilepsy or photosensitivity, consult a doctor before using the App, and stop using it immediately if you experience any discomfort.
Do not point the flash directly at anyone's eyes at close range.
Frequent or prolonged use of the flash may increase battery consumption and cause your device to become warm. Please adjust the flash settings according to your device's condition.
Do not let the App's flash alerts distract you while driving or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
5. Not for Emergency or Critical Use
The App is a convenience tool. Flash alerts may be delayed or may not occur
at all due to device, operating system, or settings conditions. Do not rely
on the App as your only means of receiving emergency, medical, safety, or
other critical notifications.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, or infringes the rights of others
Interfere with or disrupt the App, its advertisements, or the related services, or generate invalid ad impressions or clicks
Use the App to disturb or harm others, for example by directing flashing light at people without their consent
7. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdMob.
Any dealings between you and an advertiser, including the purchase of products or services shown in ads, are solely between you and that advertiser. We are not responsible for advertisers' products, services, or content, except where required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics,
and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of these services is subject to the
respective third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not
responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, text, graphics, icons, and other
content, is owned by MegaWave or its licensors and is protected by
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the
limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
10. Updates and Changes to the App
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time for operational, technical, or business reasons.
Some updates may be required to keep using the App. Older versions may stop working properly.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided
"as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express
or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call, message, or
notification will trigger a flash alert.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MegaWave shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or for any loss of data, missed calls or notifications, or device
damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to
use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for damages
caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability
that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including consumer
protection laws in your country of residence.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you violate
these Terms, your license to use the App ends automatically. Sections 9, 11, and 12 survive any termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on
this page with an updated "Effective date." For material changes, we will
make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, such as through this page
or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms
take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
